驅(qū)動(dòng)。上下、引拔、旋出、旋入均采用氣壓驅(qū)動(dòng)，速度 快、高效率、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠型機(jī)械手臂。安裝機(jī)械手可增加 產(chǎn)能（10-30%）、降低產(chǎn)品的不良率、保障操作人員 的安全性、減少人工、精準(zhǔn)控制生產(chǎn)量、減少浪費(fèi)。

MSCP series Swing-arm robot is applicable to all types of  horizontal injection machine of 30T~300T for take-out  products and sprues. It has ranges of model  MSCP06ISS0P0 and MSCW06ISS0P0, with two types of  arms, single stage and telescopic type. The single function  is to clamp products, and the full function is to take-out  products and sprues. Swing arm robot with one axis servo  ranges of  model MSCP06ISS0P0, MSCP07ISS1P0,  MSCW06ISS0P0. After installed this robot, the productivity  will be increased 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure  safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately  control the output to reduce waste.

MSCB06/07系列適用于30T-200T的各型臥式射出 成型機(jī)的成品及水口取出。上下手臂結(jié)構(gòu)是單截 式，分單臂和雙臂，各軸可選用電動(dòng)調(diào)位，適合二/三板模取出。橫行AC伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，定位精確、 速度快、壽命長(zhǎng)、故障低。安裝機(jī)械手可增加產(chǎn)能

于120T-500T的各型臥式射出成型機(jī)的成品及水口取 出。上下手臂型式是雙截式，單臂適合二板模取出。 橫行和正臂上下均由AC伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，取出速度快、 定位精準(zhǔn)、調(diào)治具方便快速。安裝機(jī)械手可增加產(chǎn)能  (10-30%)、降低產(chǎn)品的不良率、保障操作人員的安全 性、減少人工、精準(zhǔn)的控制生產(chǎn)量、減少浪費(fèi)。

信號(hào)線少，遠(yuǎn)距離通訊，擴(kuò)展性能好，抗干擾能力強(qiáng)，重復(fù)定位精 度高，可以同時(shí)控制多軸，設(shè)備維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單，故障率少。

MSCR Series is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine  ranges of 100T~250T for take-out products and sprues. Vertical arm is  single stage. With types of three-axis and five-axis driven by AC servo  motor. Products take-out at super high-speed (1sec.) and dry cycle time  within 6seconds， applicable to take-out products with short forming  cycle or complex automatic. Also with the function of mold labeling and  mold inserting.

HC three-axis/five axis CANOPEN connecting way:

Less connecting line, long distance communication, good expansibility,  strong anti-interference ability, high repeat precision, can  simultaneously control multi axis, simple equipment maintenance, low  failure rate.

MSCN系列機(jī)械手臂用于650T-3200T的各型塑膠射出成型機(jī)， 三軸AC伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)。取出速度快、調(diào)整夾具方便，壽命長(zhǎng)、故障 低。取出時(shí)間最少2.5sec，最大荷重50公斤（ 含成品與治 具）。主要應(yīng)用于快速取出或是復(fù)雜的取出應(yīng)用，特別是長(zhǎng)形 狀的產(chǎn)品如汽車產(chǎn)品，洗衣機(jī)家電產(chǎn)品等。
